The Vitosha Art complex is located in the Lozenets district, Cherni Vrah Blvd.

• The multifunctional complex has a rich infrastructure, including a large commercial area, a square, water facilities, a children’s playground made of natural materials, and a preschool.
• It is close to Vitosha metro station, Paradise Mall, hospitals, kindergartens, Zoo, South Park, and has easy access to both the city center and the Ring Road via Cherni Vrah Blvd.
• Heating and cooling will be provided through a geothermal system. Each residential unit will have the option of installing an individual heat pump by the client, powered by a geothermal field.

Parking on the property will be organized with the construction of a 3-level underground parking garage, where parking spaces and/or garages can be purchased. Each level will have over 300 parking spaces.

Heating and cooling will be provided by a geothermal system. The apartments will be equipped with underfloor heating. Ventilation connectors for active cooling will be installed by the client.

Geothermal energy is environmentally friendly and constant thermal energy coming from the Earth. Geothermal systems quickly emerge as an increasingly preferred self-sustaining method for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
Geothermal systems use the energy from the Earth most efficiently and adequately to provide thermal energy for homes, private and public buildings, while saving operating costs (electricity) for owners many times over.
The geothermal system of Vitosha Art consists of a closed system of interconnected vertical pipe earth heat exchangers (geothermal probes) with a project depth of 130 m.
The system is filled with a non-freezing liquid, which is heated or cooled as it passes through the buried pipe system, equalizing with the temperature of the Earth.
The temperature of the incoming liquid is not sufficient for direct heating, so heat pumps (individual for each apartment) are used to convert the generated heat into usable heat for heating or vice versa for cooling.
In winter, in heating mode, the heat pump uses thermal energy from the Earth, taken through the heat exchange system (drilling), to generate heating energy for the premises.
In summer, in cooling mode, the process is reversed, and the heat pump returns the used heat to the Earth through the heat exchange system.
The recovered heat is also used as a complimentary source for hot water. Reinjecting the used heat in the long term ensures the regeneration of the thermal characteristics of the Earth, preserving its temperature capacity, which respectively increases the efficiency and guarantees the long-life cycle of the geothermal system.

Yes, all apartments will have the opportunity to implement built-in automated systems for lighting, heating, cooling, video surveillance, access control, and shared facilities related to heat pump units.
